10 Million Dollar Funding for New Startups from OBSS Ventures!

OBSS was founded in 2005 with the entrepreneurial spirit born of knowledge and courage. It was founded as a software and consulting company. Today, it continues its activities as one of the largest corporate technology consulting companies in Turkey! It is important to note that it has invested more than 5 million dollars in the entrepreneurship ecosystem to date. OBBS provides software and investment support to 5 startups active in areas such as space technologies, human resources, sports and insurance.

In order to continue to systematically support the technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem, it established OBSS Ventures. OBSS Ventures will increase the interaction of potential startups and entrepreneurs in the ecosystem. It will also increase development opportunities through capital, technology and product development programs. It was stated that OBSS will have invested more than 10 million dollars in the ecosystem with Ventures.

OBSS Technology and Ventures

It is important to note that OBSS Technology has had 2 successful intrapreneurship stories so far. It started in 2019 as an idea. In 2021, "Witwiser", which was realized in the fields of edutech and HRtech, became Turkey's first startup to offer remote surveillance technology with artificial intelligence infrastructure. "intouch" is a mobile application startup that aims to foster healthy interaction and culture among employees in companies working with hybrid and remote working models. Intouch was founded in 2021. In 2022, it was one of the 15 startups selected for the Innogate International Startup Accelerator Program, the UK's fast-growing startup platform.

There are 3 different startups that continue to grow under the OBSS Ventures portfolio. These are Hello Space, a global IoT service provider via satellite technologies, Lumnion, a startup focusing on complex problem and pricing solutions in the insurance industry, and Scoutium, a sports tech application that discovers talents at an early stage, measures their performance and brings them together with sports clubs. Ventures will provide 500 thousand dollars of financing support to startups from seed to Series A stage. It will also provide technology support from the pool of 40 thousand software developers it has touched so far. It will also be able to provide financing support of up to 100 thousand dollars to startups at the founding stage.
