Acre Will Continue to Simplify the Home Buying Process
Buying a house is one of life's most stressful moments. It is a big commitment and requires patience, determination and courage. It is a significant investment in terms of both time and money, and as most people know, it is full of paperwork and lengthy transactions.
Acre is a startup founded in collaboration with Founders Factory incubator and Aviva, and aims to make the process of buying property better. Acre's broker platform puts data at the center of a mortgage purchase using blockchain technology. This enables a more informed, accurate and seamless process.
More than 1300 users
Acre continues to grow rapidly since its last fundraising. In 2022, the platform reportedly has over 1300 users and annual mortgage volumes of over £10 billion. A deal has been struck with Intrinsic House, its first company for protection purposes, and participation in fast-growing networks such as Cornerstone Finance Group and Beneficial Network. Acre also continues its integrations with different lenders such as Santander and TSB.
Acre aims to continue to grow with its new investment, as well as provide better service to its customers by collaborating more with brokers, lenders and insurers. For this purpose, they plan to launch new partnerships to offer the right financial products and services to customers more efficiently. In this way, Acre wants to continue to provide more convenience and transparency in the home buying process for customers.
