AI Clearing, an AI-powered autonomous construction progress tracking and quality control platform, received investment led by Prudence. FJ Labs, as well as existing investors Tera Ventures, Inovo and Innovation Nest, announced a $14 million Series A funding round. AI Clearing's technology enables contractors, owners and lenders to accurately track construction progress and quality in real-time. This is impossible without artificial intelligence. AI Clearing's technology is fully automated. It also compares progress on site with design, budget and programme.
