Anytype Alpha Version Attracted Great Interest!
In addition to companies such as Inflection and Square One, leading names in both the software and Web3 worlds such as Trent McConnaghy (Ocean), Jutta Steiner (Polka Dot), Luis Cuendo (Aragon) and Adam Wiggins (Heroku) were among the investors. The announcement comes on the heels of the highly anticipated open beta launch, with more than 75,000 people waiting in anticipation. In a world where centralised algorithms collect our data and manage our digital lives, Anytype offers users a tool that gives them the freedom of the web without compromising their privacy, data and control. This tool is local-first, peer-to-peer and open source. Users can store all their information on a graph with Anytype. They can manage thoughts, tasks, documents, notes, goals and more in their own online space in a thematically connected way. This approach reflects the way we store and access information in a similar way to our mental processes.
According to its founders, the beauty of Anytype's system and what makes it different is that its front-end is designed to be visually beautiful, intuitive and accessible. Instead of creating a tool that only developers can use, Anytype is open to everyone thanks to its no-code, drag-and-drop interface. More than 30,000 people from a variety of professions, including software developers, students and police, participated in the Alpha version of Anytype. The system's private, secure nature also makes it ideal for people who handle sensitive information, such as psychologists, doctors and more. 75,000 people are on the waiting list for Anytype's open beta ahead of its official launch on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android.
