Agreement between HappyFunCorp and Tiny
According to information obtained for Tiny, a publicly traded company based in Canada, it is valued at approximately $500 million in the current market. The firm has built an impressive portfolio through favorable acquisitions of companies focused on providing a range of front- and back-end design and product services for technology companies and internet-based businesses. The HappyFunCorp deal adds further weight to Tiny's outstanding catalog.
Post-acquisition, HappyFunCorp will synergize its operations with other companies under Tiny to continue providing backend support to leading technology organizations. These companies have admirable in-house operations. They often outsource projects that fall outside their traditional workflow. If developed in-house, these projects can be a distraction and a drain on resources, especially when they are in their early stages or still evaluating their likelihood of success.
HappyFunCorp was founded in 2009. It also has a large portfolio of high-profile clients. Like other companies under Tiny, it has been profitable to date.In 2022, it generated revenues of $12 million. It also made a positive growth forecast for this year. The acquisition will ensure that the current management team of co-CEOs Ben Schippers, Holly Zappa and COO Robb Chen-Ware will remain at the helm of the company.
