Redesigned Apple Music Replay 2022
Replay, published by Apple Music and available to subscribers since 2019, has received a major update for the first time. The new Replay experience, launched recently, offers subscribers more comprehensive listening analytics. Many new functions are included in the updated Replay, most notably a fully personalized highlights video.
With the updated Replay experience, Apple Music subscribers will be able to see their most streamed songs, artists, albums and more. Users will also be able to see if they are among the top 100 listeners of their favorite artists or genres. In addition to these features, Apple Music listeners will be able to check if their listening patterns have changed in Replay through 2023 until the end of December. Starting in the new year, they will be able to continue listening to music content on Apple Music and discover and share new analytics for 2023 every week.
Apple Music Determined to Make 2022 a Year to Remember
Apple Music said that all analytics in the redesigned Replay are optimized for users to share with friends and family via social channels or any messaging platform. On the other hand, Apple Music claims that the 2022 year-end playlists show how Apple Music listeners, both individually and as a community, were instrumental in making 2022 a memorable year. Oliver Schusser, Apple's Vice President of Apple Music and Beats, commented on the new replay experience:
