AI startup Artisan announced this week that it has raised $2.3 million to create the first human-like digital employees. Ava is a sales representative who will start on 4 December. Currently, she automates the entire outbound sales cycle. But soon she will be able to automate the entire sales cycle, do most things herself and act as a human co-pilot when needed.
