Bottobo Robotics is a startup that started its R&D activities at Istanbul Technical University Core Incubation Center in 2019. The company offers hardware and software solutions for autonomous mobile robots (AMR). The startup, which produces artificial intelligence-based service robots with autonomous mobility, is designed to be used in the warehouses of logistics companies and factories, and the project has also started mass production.
Turgut Ulutürk, CEO of Bottobo Robotics, stated that they see the investment round as a very valuable and strategic move. They announced that the company is accelerating its efforts to take place in the European Union and the UK, apart from the Turkish market, and that they aim to be active in these markets in the third quarter of this year, and that they plan to operate in the USA in 2024.
Uğur Mutluhan Oruncak, Member of Eksim Ventures Investment Committee, stated that they act with the vision of supporting young companies working on new generation technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and image processing.
