Sabancı Group completed two new investments through Sabancı Holding Corporate Venture Capital Fund, “Sabancı Ventures”, as part of its 'new economy' oriented long-term growth strategy. In this context, Sabancı Ventures became a shareholder of Bulutistan, which, as a Turkish domestic cloud system integrator, offers hybrid cloud solutions such as data storage and cloud management to its customers, and Zack.ai, which specializes in artificial intelligence-oriented smart assistant services.
Bulutistan, which includes virtual server, firewall, database and technical support among the main solutions it offers, was selected as the fastest growing technology company in Turkey by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Turkey 2019 Program. In 2020, the company received the IBM Beacon award in the technology and innovation category.
Zack.ai develops voice smart assistant and bot products with the Natural Language Processing layer it developed with the thought that it can replace call centers and an understanding rate of 90-95%. The startup's bot products feature a "mood analysis" feature that categorizes opinions expressed in a piece of text with algorithms to determine whether customer attitudes are positive, negative, or neutral.

Operating with 7 different business partnerships in 13 countries in total and having long-term partnership experience with multinational companies, Sabancı's participation in these companies as an investor will also contribute significantly to the international growth journeys of startups.
