$4 Million Support for Deployed!
Deployed, led by Emma Rees and Kayleigh Kuptz, is an initiative focused on creating Statements of Work (SOWs) and redefining the project planning process. SOWs are vital documents that outline the goals, scope of work, deliverables, timelines and other key details of a project or commitment between a client and a service provider. Deployed aims to reduce risks and increase project success by emphasizing the importance of clear and comprehensive agreements. This ensures that both parties have a solid understanding of the work to be carried out.
Customers using the Deployed platform gain significant benefits by digitizing workflows that were previously based on Word documents and email exchanges. Through this transformation, customers have reported a 20% reduction in costs, 5x faster time to sign-off and a 10x increase in project success rates. These improvements are linked to the platform's ability to more accurately determine the scope of work in each statement of work, enabling customers to deliver improved efficiency and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
Deployed currently serves leading enterprise customers such as Randstad Sourceright, Talent Solutions TAPFIN and Roche. Furthermore, the startup's success has been recognized in the enterprise technology space and Deployed was awarded the global Melinda Gates Women Founder award in 2020.
