The E-Commerce and software sector meeting, which directly concerns 600 thousand businesses, was organized in cooperation with the Electronic Commerce Association and the Ministry of Trade. Hundreds of thousands of businesses and companies can access support packages were announced with this cooperation.
Incentive rain in the software and e-export sector was announced at the ELİDER & Ministry of Trade event. The event directly concerns approximately 600 thousand e-commerce and SME businesses, hundreds of thousands of software companies, such as e-commerce volume reaching 800.7 billion TL in Turkey as of 2022, order numbers increasing by 43 percent in 2022 compared to the previous year, retail e-commerce volume of 458 billion TL. The theme of the event, which was widely attended, was E-Export State Incentives.

The Ministry of Trade (Department of Informatics, Software, Digital and Communication Services), Head of Department Hürol Karlı, Head of E-Export and New Technologies Department Hasan Önal, Deputy Trade Expert Oğuzhan Ünal from the General Directorate of Internal Trade attended. In addition, TOBB, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey / Software Assembly President Ertan Barut, BTM General Manager İbrahim Elbaşı, ELİDER Chairman Fehmi Darbay, Ticimax CEO Cenk Çiğdemli took part. In addition, important names such as Trendyol Marketplace Sales and Business Development Director Özkan Çokaygil, Kargoist Assistant General Manager Fahri Çırak, Uyumsoft General Manager Erhun Öcal took part as speakers. Information on E-Export government incentives was provided at the event. Problems faced by exporting businesses were discussed.

Presentations by the Ministry of Trade explained how businesses operating in the sector can benefit from the relevant incentives, supports and services. The program started with registration and networking and continued with the opening and thanks to those who supported the event. In the presentations made by the Ministry of Trade, important information was given about the incentives, supports and services prepared for the software, IT and e-export sectors. The presentations provided information about the problems faced by e-export businesses in Turkey, the government's work on e-export incentives and future plans. The questions and wishes of the participants who listened with great interest were answered in detail by the ministry officials who made presentations.
Fehmi Darbay, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ELİDER, thanked all the guests, members and all the speakers who participated in the event for the intense demand and participation in the event. He stated that they will continue to inform the public about e-export incentives and public supports with domestic and international events very soon.

Cenk Çiğdemli, CEO of Ticimax, one of the e-commerce infrastructure provider companies in the event, thanked the speakers for the information that directly concerns hundreds of thousands of businesses with its high participation and full content. Hasan Önal, Head of E-export and New Generation Technologies Department of the Ministry of Trade, stated in his presentation that incentives amounting to 27.149.000 TL for companies, 81.447.000 TL for E-Export consortiums, 81.440.000 TL for Retail E-commerce sites, 81.400.000 TL for Marketplaces, 7.239.000 TL for B2B Platforms have been opened to beneficiaries so far, and applications and opportunities are still ongoing.
Hürol Karlı, Head of the Department of Informatics, Software, Digital and Communication Services at the Ministry of Trade, talked about the incentives and supports for Software, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cyber Security, Embedded Software, E-Sports, Financial Software, Block Chain, Smart City, IT Services, System Maintenance and Support Services, Digital Brokerage, Digital Gaming, Green Transformation, Telecommunications, 5g, Cloud and Communication and Data Centers within the scope of Turquality. He gave detailed information about export preparation and institutional capacity building phase supports, marketing and market promotion supports, supports for high added value.
In his presentation at the event, Mr. Hürol Karlı gave detailed information about the Techno Accelerator Program, which is among the existing supports, and the support that can be made available to companies led by Free Zones, Specialized Free Zones, Technology Development Zones and University Technology Centers (Technopark) at a rate of 70% and for a period of 2 years in the amount of 9.618.000 ₺ per project. The event, which was enriched with valuable presentations and contributions, was concluded to meet at the next ELİDER event.
