ElevenLabs' technology uses synthetic voices, cloned voices or entirely new voices that can be tailored to gender, age and accent preferences. The ability of these voices to turn text into speech has attracted a lot of interest from indie authors and various creative industries creating audiobooks. It is also gaining traction with developers giving voice to characters in video games, supporting access to online written content for the visually impaired, and supporting Super Hi-Fi, the world's first AI radio channel.
