Ms Elif Çetin, who shares excellent news about technology, innovation and new generation professions every weekday on Cüneyt Özdemir's YouTube channel, is with us today. We had a great interview with her. We wish you pleasant reading.

Who is Elif Cetin?

I have many different professions such as Entrepreneur, Vision Strategist, Editor, Podcaster, Mentor, Trainer and Keynote Speaker. In today's world, this is called multi-hyphenate. We live in a fast and rapidly changing world, we now need to acquire new capabilities so that we can cover multiple domains. I try to use all my talents as effectively and create value as possible.

Do You Have A Slogan In Life?

What did you get? What did you give? I'll look at this. Because to me, life is the balance between these two.

Is there any person/s in the field of work that you take as an example or follow closely?

There are multiple leaders, producers and creators that I follow very closely in the business world, international relations, the world of economy and finance, and the creative industries. Due to my job, I follow a very wide context and the prominent ones very closely. It's not an example, but I get inspiration from it.

What Has Driven Elif Çetin to Found Loud and Proud?

We founded Loud and Proud with my brother Samet. He has had serious success in the retail world. After reaching certain places in our careers, we realized that the world was preparing for its next version and that we were the generation of an irreversible transition period. While we were preparing for a new world, we thought that innovations should come to the foreground. Our belief that we can help the Turkish business world understand the future, and that we can provide vision and inspiration for them to reshape their businesses, thus encouraging those who want to move into the future, pushed us to take this initiative.

If You Could Describe Loud and Proud in 3 Words, What Would You Prefer?

Future, Innovation, Profit.

Where do you think Elif Çetin will be in 5 years?

I plan to move on to the networking, training and investing part of my job. Entrepreneurs are very valuable to us, we see them as emerging networks. So they are ascendant links for us. I will focus more on this area in the future. I will also continue to create new products and services.

 What are Elif Çetin's Advice to Young People Considering Starting a Business in the 21st Century?

Ask questions. Put people at the centre of everything. Focus on the need, not the technology itself. Focus on what problem it solves, not on the idea itself. See if your solution creates value, you have to create value. What will it be? Can this value spread around the world? So is it for a specific audience or can it be spread all over the world? Think globally, can you scale, calculate them at the beginning. Keep in mind that entrepreneurship is a way of thinking and where you started.

Make sure you are ready for your journey not only financially but also mentally. Earnings may not always be just money, determine what you earn well. Finally, find a way to continue no matter what.

Do you have a life experience that everyone would benefit from knowing?

People may think anything or say anything about you, but that doesn't change who you really are or what you do. When we founded Loud and Proud, we had a very difficult first year. Despite the work I have done for years, I have seen that the people around me do not believe in me and do not value my ideas and the innovations I try to do. Many were so sure I would fail and were determined not to give me the credit I deserved.

But all these thoughts and rumours could not stop me from believing. Despite everything, I found a way to continue and today Loud and Proud is a company that represents the new world, reaching huge growth figures since its 2nd year. All our processes are digital. Our team consists of people from different parts of the world. We have never even met physically with most of our customers! We don't do business development, we just try to meet the incredible demand. However, we continue to develop products and new initiatives are on the way. As I said before, this is a journey and you have to be prepared for anything.
