Ertürk: “We aim to grow in Europe and Gulf countries”
Emrah Ertürk, Co-Founder and CEO of Sorwe, pointed out that it is very critical for a startup to come together with the right investors from the first day and made the following statement:
We are very happy that new investors have joined us as well as the interest shown by our existing investors in our startup, which we founded in 2019. As Sorwe, we create a holistic employee experience that is interconnected under the headings of internal communication, feedback, training and performance management, ensuring that loyalty is spontaneously formed within the company and that this is reflected in performance in a measurable way. While creating a better experience for employees, we reduce their workload by enabling HR teams to manage the entire process from a single platform. We also help managers to manage their teams more effectively and efficiently by getting to know them more closely with instant data and insights. While we continue our activities with our team of 28 people from different countries in our offices in Istanbul and the UK, we aim to grow in the European and Gulf markets.Emrah Ertürk
