“We are Excited and Proud to Partner with ICONIQ Growth”
NinjaOne is a founder-led business. Since its first customer, it has gained momentum every year. This is evidenced by an ARR growth rate of over 70 per cent in 2023. This minority investment valued the company at $1.9 billion. Every organisation works on endpoints. However, endpoints are also the source of some of the greatest risks to productivity, security and costs. According to Enterprise Strategy Group, more than 50 per cent of employees use four to five endpoint devices every day. However, a staggering 90 percent of organisations say they are unable to actively monitor all endpoints. NinjaOne automates endpoint management for more than 17,000 customers who need visibility, security and control. NinjaOne was originally founded by Sferlazza and President and CFO Chris Matarese in 2013 to help MSPs move beyond legacy solutions in remote monitoring and management (RMM). It has since expanded to manage more than seven million endpoints for MSP and IT teams.
ICONIQ Growth’s investment in NinjaOne is being used to make our customers more successful. We are quadrupling customer support, investing heavily in platform and product innovation to solve and automate more use cases. We are also ensuring the business can scale to meet the needs of our customers. We are in the decade of the endpoint, fuelled by a wave of workers pushed remotely and hybrid during and after the pandemic. Whether you’re an MSP responsible for running and protecting the businesses of others or a CIO, endpoints pose a significant risk and opportunity. We are excited and proud to partner with ICONIQ Growth to drive our clients’ success.Sal Sferlazza, CEO of NinjaOne
