ScorePlay received a €4.5 million investment from Seven Seven Six, led by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. This brings its total funding to €5.8 million. Last year, ScorePlay raised 1 million euros in funding.
Sports teams have risen rapidly in the last 20 years, but their media infrastructure hasn’t kept pace. They are still using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox and WhatsApp. We realized this gap was growing and developed a solution aimed directly at the end user and built a technology solution specifically designed for the sports industry. ScorePlay was developed by and for sports organizations, which is one of the main reasons why ScorePlay has been extremely successful.Victorien Tixier, CEO of ScorePlay
