According to the Financial Times, the company has completed the acquisition of its German rival Gorillas. According to the agreement, the value of Gorilla, which was stated as 3 billion dollars in September, was re-evaluated around 1.2 billion.

Getir also reduced its own value by around 25 percent. The company's value had risen to $11.8 billion with the last investment.
