If there is one feature that Google offers that has become a core component of how people use the internet, it would be Google Translate. Countless users all over the world tend to use it due to the fact that it is the kind of thing that can potentially make it easier for them to understand different languages.
Another feature has been added to this tool that could make it even more useful than it might otherwise be. It's important to note that the upcoming update owes a lot to Google Lens. If you've used Google Lens before, you might be aware of the AR Translate feature. It turns out that this same feature will be included in Google Translate for the web.

Google can now translate text in images from your browser
Essentially what this entails is that users will now be able to use Google Translate, which detects text in images. Not only that, but users will be able to translate that text with all things considered and taken into account. Going to the Google Translate website reveals a brand new tab which you can see in the top right corner.
This tab allows you to upload images. You can translate the text in the images into any language you are interested in. About 113 languages are currently supported. However, although this is the case, there may be many more to be supported in the near future.
The new feature is called Lens Translate. This will better unify it with Google Lens. It will also give the product a much bigger push forward. Google's translation feature has been an excellent success so far. The growth we're talking about will be key to it becoming as ubiquitous as Chrome, Search and many other Google IPs that will shape the internet for decades to come. The next upgrade will likely take things even further.
