Hopi Receives Investment from Param

Hopi, which works within Boyner Group, announced that it received an investment from Param at a valuation of 100 million. Hopi, which has identified financial technologies (Fintech) as its strategic growth area, continues to take important steps in the sector. In this context, it signed a strategic partnership with Param. A joint press conference was organized by Param CEO Emin Can Yılmaz, Boyner Holding Chairman Cem Boyner and Hopi CEO Yalın Özcan. At the press conference, details about both the partnership and the cooperation were shared with the public.

Hopi has adopted the vision of "inventing" in retail. It will now strengthen this vision with Param, which stands out with its experience in fintech. The company currently has more than 15 million users. This number is planned to reach 18.5 million users by the end of the year. Users will now have the chance to shop in installments without obtaining a credit card. BNPL services will be developed in the form of "Installments without Credit Card". At the same time, with this partnership, The company will offer its customers the opportunity to buy silver, fractional shares and gold. Thus, application users will have the opportunity to buy fractional shares from BIST and Nasdaq.

Strategic Partnership Between Hopi and Param

The application, which is planned to be launched as a result of the partnership between Hopi and Param, will be launched by the 3rd quarter of this year. Hopi plans to change the application at the beginning of summer. The design of the front of the app will change. The wallet on the back of the application will be designed and presented to users with a prepaid card structure. Cem Boyner made important statements about the strategic partnership between Hopi and Param. Boyner emphasized that the approach of shopping in installments without a credit card will become widespread in our country in line with the limits assigned individually with artificial intelligence. He stated that within 2 months, the application will be offered to Hopi member retailers and customers.
