Humani, a Danish start-up, announced that it has received an investment of 2.2 million dollars. Humani claims to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. The investment came from Dreamcraft Ventures and angel investors. Humani was founded by Danish entrepreneurs Anders Mayntzhusen, Mik Strøyberg and Christian Sejersen.
In the early development stages of the platform, it is being built on psychometrics and behavioral science. In our interview with CEO Anders Mayntzhusen, he said that Humani will play an important role in hiring and firing processes in the future. He also shared their vision, claiming that the platform has a technology that turns personality tests upside down for work teams.
