Colonia Technologies, headquartered in Germany, enables logistics companies to share vehicles through a secure marketplace equipped with user-friendly fleet management software to operate fleets more efficiently with its unique B2B sharing model. Logistics startup Colonia Technologies has closed a seed financing round with EUR 6 million. The funding round was led by London-based Octopus Ventures, a London VC backing Flock, Kita and Delio. Co-founder Kaspar Filipp and Octopus Ventures Principal Nick Sando commented on the issue.

Other investors participating in the round include vent.io, Plug and Play, MobilityFund, Hoyer and numerous angel investors, including the founders of Flixbus, Grover and Seven Senders. Existing investor Atlantic Labs is also adding further capital in the current round. Colonia Technologies intends to use the investment to enhance the platform's features.
