Metatime Receives $11 Million Investment

Turkish blockchain startup Metatime has received an $11 million investment from Kalyon Ventures, Türk Telekom Ventures and Halkbank under the leadership of Yıldız Tekno Venture Capital Investment Trust. In Turkey, interest in blockchain-based technologies within the financial technology field is increasing. This situation became clearer with the investment received by Metatime. In the 2022 Global Crypto Adoption Index of Chainalysis, a crypto analytics platform, our country ranks 12th among 146 countries. Turkish blockchain startup; It offers many services, especially blockchain-based smart applications with digital products.

Metatime Approached 230 Thousand Users in 1 Month

Metatime has been growing since 2019. The start of the startup's operations was realized with the investment of 10 million dollars by its two co-founders. Metatime Co-Founder and CEO Yusuf Sevim made important statements on the subject:

He stated that they will reach 1 million users in a short time with this seed investment. Yıldız Tekno GSYO offered a fund of 150 thousand dollars with a 1% stake in the investment round of Turkish blockchain startup. Metatime has been serving with over 210 employees since 2021. The limited partnerships of the Turkish blockchain startup include important telecommunication and banking companies of our country. Yusuf Sevim stated that the rest of the investment was provided in a token round with 33 secret angel investors.
