NeuBird, Different Models are Used
NeuBird's artificial intelligence ITOps engineer named Hawkeye identifies the root causes of software problems. It works with the service provider's team and easily identifies both scaling and integration issues. Normally, it takes a lot of time for teams to intervene in an incident and try to solve it. However, with Hawkeye, this process is completed in minutes. Hawkeye is currently in beta version, but it is stated that it will be available this year.
Customers of the artificial intelligence startup can enter their credentials on different cloud systems they use and provide direct connection. Thus, there is no need to move data. Neubird provides access to credentials from various cloud systems and cross-checks other available information. In this way, difficulties in accessing company-related data for the operation of the model are also eliminated.
NeuBird uses models such as Mistral and Llama 2. Llama 2 is used to analyse venture logs and metrics. Mistral is more preferred for other types of analyses. The startup also translates all natural language interaction into a SQL query. In this case, it transforms unstructured data into structured data. Goutham Rao, one of the founders of the startup, stated that Hawkeye will be very useful for businesses. In particular, businesses will be able to scale their IT operations without being limited by a lack of skilled talent.
