Parloa, a Berlin-based enterprise software provider, has received a new investment of EUR 20 million from existing investors Newion and Senovo. Parloa has raised a total of €24 million to date, including an initial round announced in May 2022.
The Series A round was led by EQT Ventures. Investors included Erik Muttersbach, Michael Wax (Forto), Hanno Renner (Personio) and Nicolas Peters (Signavio), as well as German contact center entrepreneur Jens Bormann (Muuuh! Group) and football professional and angel investor Mario Götze.

Parloa
Parloa's platform aims to monetize a $400 billion customer service market. The platform allows companies to create automated dialogs for phone, chat, voice assistants and messaging apps. For this, it combines automatic speech recognition and natural language understanding to help companies improve their customer service experience.
Parloa is a Microsoft partner and runs its platform on Microsoft Azure. This collaboration helps customers revolutionize customer service with advanced digital solutions. Charles Lamanna, Microsoft's Corporate Vice President of Business Applications and Platform, said that with Azure's global scale and advanced AI capabilities, customers of Parloa and the joint Digital Contact Center Platform will see tangible business value.
Parloa combines many AI components, including large language models, through its own AI modules and Azure OpenAI Service. In this way, with Parloa, organizations can manage their workflows in the most efficient way. They can also easily customize their experience based on their company's specific needs and knowledge.
