Paxie Games Receives $3 Million Investment

Turkish mobile game studio Paxie Games announced that it has received 3 million dollars investment. Alfa Games & Partners and some angel investors participated in the investment round led by Ludus Ventures. The Turkish mobile game studio was founded in 2021 by Sare Başel, Direnç Çelik, Refik Anıl Bulut and Hüseyin Anıl Özmen. Paxie Games, which received its first investment in the year it was founded, develops hybrid revenue-based mobile games in the casual category. The startup developed the first Merge Studio game. It achieved significant success with this game. The game was downloaded over 7 million times in total.

Paxie Games Will Continue to Develop Merge Studio

Turkish mobile game startup Paxie Games has developed its second casual puzzle game in the last period following the great success of Merge Studio. Tile Star: Dream Makeover was a success. Paxie Games co-founder and CEO Direnç Çelik made important statements about the investment round they received. Direnç Çelik stated that they developed a globally important casual puzzle game in a short time like 1.5 years.

He added that they increased the profit of their company with the success of the game. He also stated that it was a great pleasure to move forward in the investment round with Ludus, with whom they have been walking together since the moment they founded the startup. Direnç Çelik added that they will continue to develop Merge Studio with the investment they received. He said that they will continue to develop the Tile Star game, which has a very high potential, and that they aim to achieve great success with it.
