Revel, a Spanish company specialised in digital car subscription services, has successfully closed a €115 million round to accelerate its growth and develop its technological platform. The financing round includes an equity investment of EUR 15 million and a debt financing structure of up to EUR 100 million in co-operation with KKR, Santander Consumer Finance and other parties. Revel was founded in 2020 by Spanish entrepreneurs Enrique de Mateo and Daniel Marcos. Through its digital platform, it offers a modern and flexible alternative to car ownership. The company places great importance on sustainability and provides access to electric vehicles. It takes steps to make every kilometre travelled by its subscribers more environmentally friendly.

This transaction marks an important milestone for Revel, which aims to become one of the leaders in the European car subscription market in the medium term. Revel is a vehicle subscription service that allows you to own a vehicle for a set period of time by paying a monthly fee. Our subscription includes: comprehensive insurance (with a €300 deductible), maintenance, roadside assistance, a total of 1,500 km per month, tyre change, ITV, penalty and tax management. The minimum stay is 12 months. After that, you can cancel your subscription at any time at no charge by giving us 2 months' notice.
