Syntonym Receives $900 Thousand Investment

Artificial intelligence technologies startup Syntonym received $ 900 thousand investment in its seed round. Simya VC led the seed investment round of Syntonym, a Turkish startup developing artificial intelligence technologies. In addition to Simya VC, TT Ventures GSYF, INVEST 101 and APY Ventures participated in this investment round. The Turkish startup develops data anonymisation technologies. This startup had received an investment of $390 thousand in a seed round in August 2021. The Turkish startup reappeared two years later with a new investment.

Syntonym; Aims to Grow in UK, America and Europe Market

Syntonym was launched in 2019 by Batuhan Özcan. The Turkish startup designs synthetic data anonymisation technology. The Turkish startup performs lossless visual data anonymisation to protect the privacy of images used in advanced analyses with artificial intelligence training. Using Syntonym's technologies, it designs anonymised faces for videos and photos of companies. The startup offers this service without violating the privacy of the people in the image. It also pays attention to data protection regulations.
