Uncapped, formerly known as an income-based finance provider, has received £200 million of investment. It was provided by New York-based private equity firm Fortress Investment Group. Uncapped is offering short-term funding options ranging from £10,000 to £10 million to founders in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Poland. The company offers fixed-term loans, SaaS loans that can prepay up to 50 per cent of the company's ARR, and dedicated Amazon seller financing with repayment terms starting at 0.8 per cent per month. According to the company, they have provided capital to more than 1000 founders to date. They have funded a wide range of industries including e-commerce, direct-to-consumer apparel, fashion, SaaS, gaming and app development.

Uncapped
Uncapped acquired London-based games and app developers specialist RBF funding provider Sugar in June 2022. It is also backed by a number of angel investors including Seedcamp, White Star Capital, Global Founders Capital, All Iron Ventures, Mouro Capital, Lakestar and Wise.
