Vanora Ventures Invests in Technology Startups as a Technology Partner
Vanora Ventures, the technology partner of Workflex, is known as Turkey's first venture capital investment company to invest in startups with the Venture Studio model. The partnership of Workflex and Vanora Ventures stands out as an important move that combines the "disruptive innovation" strategy of both companies in their respective fields and their missions based on technology-oriented solutions.
Research conducted by the Global Startup Studio Network (GSSN) with 23 leading venture studios around the world reveals that only 9 per cent of the 415 companies founded by these studios failed, 3 per cent successfully exited, and the remaining 88 per cent are still active and generate an average annual revenue of more than $ 1 million. According to the same research, the success rate of startups emerging from a venture studio is 30 per cent higher than traditional startups.
Zeynep Bilgiç, Co-Founder & CEO of Workflex, stated that the talent gap rate in the UK has reached 80 per cent and 60 per cent of the companies here continue to work with freelancers in remote or hybrid models. Leyla Spencer, who has more than 25 years of international business experience, has joined the team as WorkflexUK Director and Burçin Mavituna, who has previously held many senior positions, has joined the team as WorkflexUK Growth and Strategy Consultant.
